BASTIEN DE ZUTTER

“Embrace discomfort”

From his early days as a kid sent on a cooling-down run by his mother, Bastien’s love for running has never wavered. His passion has taken him on a global adventure, from the local athletic club AZW to international trails and road races. With honorable PBs (20km in 1h11’20 and marathon in 2h44’56) and a collection of victories in trail and road run competitions, Bastien’s dedication to the sport is undeniable.

Beyond racing, he’s explored and run through breathtaking trails and mountains in England, Italy, South Africa, Tasmania, and beyond.

With seven years of proven coaching experience, Bastien is dedicated to helping you achieve your running goals. He has a deep understanding of his athletes, building long-lasting relationships and tailoring training plans to their individual needs. His data-driven approach ensures that every step you take is informed and effective.

TatianA STELLIAN

“Try obstinately, have fun constantly”

Tatiana’s lifelong love for sport has fueled her passion for running. A former national-level gymnast and basketball player, she discovered her true calling in athletics at 17. As a middle-distance track runner at JSMC, she excelled in road races, achieving a personal best of 1:19:07 in the 20K.

As a coach, Tatiana is committed to helping runners reach their full potential. With a focus on individual needs and goals, she provides personalized training plans and guidance to foster both physical and mental strength. Her coaching philosophy emphasizes the importance of a positive mindset, technical proficiency, and a love for the sport.

Beyond her coaching role, Tatiana is an avid cyclist. She thrives on challenging rides, including 300km day trips, the Cinglé du Ventoux, and climbing Mount Teide. Her personal experiences as an endurance athlete allow her to relate to her runners’ challenges and provide valuable insights.

NATHALIE VAN REGENMORTER

Om mani padme hum

Nathalie is the team’s super-powered Swiss Army Knife: for eleven years, she tore up the pool with her killer crawl and butterfly stroke as a competitive swimmer. Nathalie then switched gears and transitioned to Olympic distance triathlon for three years.

Now, a nature enthusiast at heart, she conquers trails on epic adventures. Her biggest feat to date is finishing the Ultra Pirineu 100K with 6.600m of positive elevation.

Nathalie’s not just about pushing her own limits. A dedicated ICU nurse, she’s also a natural people person with high emotional intelligence. One of her biggest strengths is undoubtedly her ability to instill confidence in her runners.
