We apply the training principles for endurance athletes, as developed by scientific research.
For each runner we aim at the right balance between aerobic and anaerobic efforts, more specifically making sure each runner has a sufficient aerobic basis to have strong endurance fundamentals, and to make each anaerobic effort a productive one.
Depending on the phase of the preparation, we differentiate between building the potential of our runners and subsequently exploiting their potential.
Finally, resting, active and passive, is thé cornerstone of physical preparation.
